   Payments are non-refundable if you have to cancel because you cannot attend a session. Instead, where possible, we will offer you attendance at a different session or offer a substitute service. Refunds are not given for services that have been provided. We will only provide a refund on the rare occasion where we cancel a session. We will not reimburse you for any travel or accommodation costs relating to a cancelled appointment or session.

   We may film or photograph some of our group sessions for promotional purposes. By attending group sessions, you hereby give us consent to use your photograph or video image for this purpose.
