I am Amanda Trainer, also known as Mrs Brain Trainer, an integrative mindset & life coach.

I use a modern-day neuroscientific approach to help my clients get the results they are looking for, whether that is inner peace, happiness, confidence or achieving their goals. Sometimes, it’s just to stop the negative voice holding them back.

I have been working in the well-being industry for many years after studying all aspects of the human brain. It’s fair to say i know a thing or two about helping people recharge their batteries, hit the pause button and improve all aspects of their life.
